I'm a freelance writer, editor and content creator whose work has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, USA Today, Mommy Nearest, Good Housekeeping, Real Simple, Country Living, People, Teen People and more. As a former teen magazine editor, I've covered everything from pregnancy to peer pressure, but these days I write mainly on the subjects I'm most passionate about: parenting (I have two children, who I draw loads of inspiration from), cooking (I love trading healthy, and not so healthy, recipes with friends) and of course, eating (I've never met a potato or a piece of dark chocolate I didn’t like.) In my spare time (ha!) I've recently rediscovered my love of knitting—thanks to my six-year-old daughter's repeated request that I make her a poncho—and have been honing my Instagram Stories skills, which mainly involves posting cute pics of my kids and my random thoughts on life amid a pandemic.
